Reindeer Games

I went to school on the day of Grant's Christmas party and helped. Here are some pictures of Grant playing reindeer games (Christmas activities in the gym).

Santa's Village

We have been blessed to have friends from Raleigh here in Texas that we are able to visit with. Grant and James are only 6 months apart and love playing together. We spent one Saturday evening at Santa's Village. It was a little town made up of houses that contained different activities for the kids. Santa's bank.... Teddy Bear Hospital.... Pet Shop.... Frosty's House.... Mrs.Clauses's Bakery. It was really fun except for the fact that Gavin was very fussy. The part he liked was petting the animals in the Pet Shop. We found out why he was so cranky later that night at Starbucks. Right as we sat down to enjoy some coffee and hot chocolate Gavin threw up everywhere... the joys of parenthood :)

Snow and Stuffed Animals

About a month ago it started getting colder here. Grant really wanted snow. We told him it probably wouldn't happen but wouldn't you know the night he prayed for snow he woke up to find his pray answered. It made his day!!! He went out and played in it before preschool :) I also included in this post a cut picture of Gavin covered in his stuffed animals. Grant thought it would be a cute picture and He was right!

Halloween

We have had a fun Halloween. First Grant had a dress up parade at this preschool. Then we trick or treated around downtown McKinney, even mommy had fun dressing up! Grant was Luke Skywalker, mommy was Leah and Gavin was Chewbacca.

Pumpkin Patch and Fair

We had a fun time at the pumpkin patch with our friends Jim and Michelle. Gavin loved all the pumpkins! Grant had fun in the hay maze. A couple weeks later we attended the Texas State fair. It was the nicest fair I have ever attended very clean and pretty. The boys loved the cows. Gavin wanted to climb in the pen with them. We also had fun on the Ferris Wheel.

Fun In Fort Worth

We spent Saturday playing "cowboys" in Fort Worth. We watched a cattle drive and saw a gun fight. There was so much to do we will have to make a second trip soon.
