We headed to The Farmers Market on Columbus Day to take some fall pics and buy a few pumpkins. Here they are!

The Patio Project

A few months ago I asked Ben if we could make a fire pit in our back yard. Of course I got the idea from Pintrest ;) He took my idea and turned into a beautiful patio. I had no idea how much work was involved. It took two weekends. Grant worked by his side hauling away soil and grass and helping unload a truck load full of pavers. The end result was great and the boys love it!

Second Grade

Grant is now in second grade. Grant is in Ms. Hay's class. He and his good friend Kenneth walk to school together almost everyday. Here are their first day pictures.

Grant's 8th Birthday

Grant celebrated his birthday with a movie and an ice cream sundae party. We took Grant and five friends to see Ice Age Continental Drift and then headed back to our house for a sundae bar. I declared it the easiest party ever!!! I also included a few pics of his Batman cake which we had on his actual birthday.

Summer Vacation 2012 including Cousin's Camp

We spent a fun filled 10 days in Ohio. Our time was spent soaking up family and friends. Most of it was spent at Cousin's Camp. My favorite part was watching Grandpa Wherley lead his 13 grandchildren in nightly devotions. We were also able to visit with my 94 year old grandmother and on the way home the boys stopped at a rock shop and panned for crystals with Grandma and Grandpa McCluggage. It was a great week.
